- Brenda Altman was new to the insurance industry in 1976 on a 2 week temporary job, over 34 years later she is still at it. Over the span of her career she has held virtually every job in an agency environment. She has been a licensed agent since 1977. A strong believer in education and giving back to the industry over the years she has been an instructor of Agent Licensing and General Insurance Classes. She has multiple professional designations which include, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW) and Certified Workers Compensation Adviser (CWA). Brenda is married to Anthony and they have three daughters Jennifer, Ashley, and Alisha and a Silky Terrier, Auggie. Brenda currently resides in Van Buren, Arkansas, Dallas and Lubbock, Texas.

-Kyle Dixon joined Business Insurance Consultants in 2007.  Kyle grew up in Fort Smith, AR but moved to Dallas, TX when he graduated from Southside High School in 2000 to attend Southern Methodist University where he majored in Finance with a minor in English. After working as a Middle Market Credit Analyst for 3 years at two regional banks in Dallas Kyle decided to enter the Insurance Industry. Kyle has been charged with growing BIC's DFW and Arkansas market shares, a task he approaches with great excitement. Kyle loves to play golf and watch sports especially the Arkansas Razorbacks and the Dallas Cowboys.

-  Margaret Keele began working in the insurance industry in 1970 and has worked in property and casualty insurance since 1975.  She moved to Arkansas in 1990 and gained experience servicing commercial accounts.  Margaret came to BIC in February 2003 where she currently services bonding accounts and commercial insurance.  She and her husband, Kelly, currently reside in Alma, AR.

- Tandy Miller was new to the insurance industry when she came to work at BIC in 1995.  At that time she was learning life and health as well as personal insurance.  Soon after, she took a few years off to give birth to her two children, Nathaniel and Virginia.  Tandy currently resides with her husband, Troy, and their children in Fort Smith.  She has been working full-time servicing life and health and personal lines since 2000.

- Brittany Bennett is new to the insurance industry coming to BIC in October 2007. She is currently a student a University of Arkansas, Fort Smith pursuing a degree in Business Administration. She plans on moving to Dallas after graduating to pursue a career in the insurance industry.
